ABSTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- We welcome abstracts that are original and have never been published or presented at any other meetings/conferences before the 17th AMRMC 2026.
- All abstracts must use the template provided. Kindly download the ‘Abstract Template’ provided. The abstract body must not exceed 300 words (excluding title and keywords).
- Submission must be done via the online submission portal only. All questions must be answered. Please upload your abstract in word.doc version. Abstracts submitted via email will not be accepted.
- The corresponding author must confirm that the submitted research has been approved by a registered research ethics committee.
- Conflicts of interest disclosure: Work submitted for presentation must include an acknowledgement of funding sources of a commercial nature and/or consulting or holding of significant equity in a company that could be affected by the results of the study, if relevant.
- There is no limit on the number of submissions which can be submitted by a participant.
- The first author or one of the co-authors of the abstract can be the presenting author. The presenting author must be registered as conference participant. We allow registration to be completed latest by 5th November 2026. Failure to do so shall result in withdrawal of the abstract.
- Each presenting author is allowed to represent only a maximum of two (2) abstracts.
- Please ensure that all information is accurate because no further editing is permitted after submission.
- The Conference Scientific Committee will determine whether the submitted abstract is accepted based on a blind peer review.
- A confirmation email will be sent to you when your submission has been received.
- The Conference Scientific Committee reserves the right to:
• edit all submissions for grammar, spelling, abstract theme and presentation type.
• withdraw an abstract at any time should the conditions are breached.
ABSTRACT GUIDELINES
A. ORIGINAL RESEARCH / PROJECT
Introduction
Provide a brief background and rationale for the study, including the study objective(s).
Methodology
Describe the study design, participants or data source, setting, intervention/exposure where applicable, outcome measures, and methods of analysis.
Results
Present the main findings of the study. Include relevant numerical data and statistical results where appropriate. Results should be sufficiently detailed to support the conclusion.
Conclusion
Summarise the key findings and their clinical, scientific, or rehabilitation-related implications.

B. CASE REPORT
Introduction
Briefly describe the clinical background and explain why the case is noteworthy or educational.
Case Description
Describe the relevant patient characteristics, clinical presentation, investigations, diagnosis, intervention/rehabilitation management, and outcomes.
Discussion
Discuss the significance of the case, relevant clinical considerations, challenges encountered, and key learning points.
Conclusion
Summarise the main clinical message and implications for rehabilitation practice.
