WORKSHOP SUBMISSION FOR 17th Annual Malaysian Rehabilitation Medicine Conference (AMRMC)

The Malaysian Association of Rehabilitation Physicians (MARP) invites interested teams to submit proposals to conduct a workshop!

Submission Requirements

  • Provide the details of your intended workshop using the Workshop Proposal Template provided.
  • Proposals should be submitted in PDF format through the designated online submission form.
  • Workshops should be relevant to Rehabilitation Medicine and related areas of rehabilitation practice, with preference given to sessions that are practical, interactive and applicable to clinical practice.
  • Number of your workshop participants will range between 40 to 60.
  • Participants of the workshop will be recruited and arranged by the conference committee.
  • Submission of a proposal does not guarantee acceptance. All proposals will be reviewed by the AMRMC Scientific/Organising Committee based on relevance, educational value, feasibility and suitability for the conference programme.
  • The Committee shall review all the proposals and may negotiate with the team as necessary (eg. suggest modifications to the content, format or duration).
  • Any specialised equipment, consumables or materials required for the workshop should be clearly declared in the proposal. Provision of such items will be subject to prior discussion and agreement with the Organising Committee.
  • There is no honorarium payment to workshop speakers/trainers allocated by the conference organizer.
  • Any needs of financial arrangement, honorarium, registration entitlement, travel or accommodation support should there are involvement of external speakers, where applicable, must be discussed and communicated with conference organizer.
  • Commercial or product-related content must be declared in the proposal. Workshops should maintain appropriate educational and professional standards and should not
    primarily serve as product promotion.
  • Important: Only complete proposals submitted by the stated deadline will be considered.
